Motion controls on you mobile device give you to the ability to interact with the device using various sensors that detect motion and orientation. In Virtual Reality videos, this allows you to physically move and tilt your mobile device to change your view of the VR video.
Motion control settings are not required to watch VR videos. They are an enhancement to the experience and a personal preference. You can choose to control the motion on screen using the "Drag" feature with your finger, or turn on Motion Control access via the "Magic Window" where you can control your view by tilting your phone.

Drag Control Vs Tilt Control
Enable Motion Control for iOS
Drag Control Vs Magic Window (Tilt)
You can view and interact with VR videos in one of two ways.
By using your finger to drag across the screen, which moves your view of the video or;
By tilting your device, the browser will use the Motion Control settings via the Magic Window to use your device's motion to change your view of the video.
You can select one of these options when you have a video streaming and playing, by clicking the cog wheel icon at the bottom right of the video. Then select either Drag Controls or Magic Window.
Apple has hidden the motion control toggles for iOS 16+ devices. The only way to turn it on is by going to a video page and setting the video controls to "Magic Window".
First, click the play button to stream any video from your mobile browser. In this example we will use Safari browser and a VR video ready to view.
Next, click the settings icon (the cog wheel) at the bottom right of the video player screen, and then tap the "Drag Controls" drop-down menu option.
Your device is likely using "Drag Controls" by default. If you would like to change to use "tilt" control for viewing videos, select "Magic Window".
The first time you select Magic Window on a website, you will be prompted to provide permission. Do not be alarmed by the strange image behind the permission prompt, it is the very top of the view in the video; in this case the ceiling light fixture :-)
You have now enabled access to Motion and Orientation for the website, and the web browser. You can change back to "Drag Control" at any time by clicking on the Settings icon on any video, and choosing "Drag Control" on the menu. Your settings are remembered on the site until you change them.

Our web player is the built-in player on our site and can be used to stream videos within a web browser, similarly to most streaming adult sites.
On a desktop computer, tablet, or phone it can be used to view scenes in 2D mode. Just click the play button in the middle to start. On a mobile device, you can use "magic window" controls to use the device itself to look around the scene.
On desktop you can use the mouse to drag the view around, and on mobile devices you can switch to "Drag Controls" to move the view around with a finger.
On a phone, there will be a cardboard icon in the bottom right of the player to switch into Cardboard mode. Once the video is streaming in this mode you can insert the phone into a Cardboard-like device to view the scene in VR.
When using a browser inside of a VR environment already, the play button should take over the full display and the video will play in 3D.
The player should auto-detect the quality you can play on your device. You can adjust the playback quality by tapping the gear icon (or an icon that looks like a few little switches) and making your choice.
The web player is limited to 1920p. For streaming at higher resolutions, you may need to use a third-party app. Please note that we do not endorse third-party apps, as we cannot guarantee their full functionality.
Notice: It has been brought to our attention that some VPN services and 3rd party browser plugins can interfere with the streaming quality and speed of the content. If you come across streaming issues, try disabling any VPN or browser plugins that could potentiality be causing the conflicts.

If you are trying to stream videos and need help, then this is the article for you. Below you'll find information on how to stream, how to troubleshoot some problems, what is required for streaming, and where to find support for different types of headsets or player apps.
Our Recommended Way to Stream
Our web player is the easiest way to stream, and can be used to stream videos within a web browser— similarly to most streaming adult sites. It requires no additional installations and is incredibly easy to use.
On a desktop computer, tablet, or phone it can be used to view scenes in 2D mode. Just click the play button in the middle to start. On a mobile device, you can use "magic window" controls to use the device itself to look around the scene
On desktop you can use the mouse to drag the view around, and on mobile devices you can switch to "Drag Controls" to move the view around with a finger
On a phone, there will be a cardboard icon in the bottom right of the player to switch into cardboard mode. Once the video is streaming in this mode you can insert the phone into a cardboard-like device to view the scene in VR
When using a browser inside of a VR environment already, the play button should take over the full display and the video will play in 3D
The player should auto-detect the quality you can play on your device
Most headsets (aside from PSVR) are compatible with our web player
If you are streaming via Littlstar for PSVR, you can find the RSS link for streaming in the PSVR section of the downloads tab for whichever scene you're on
Notice: It has been brought to our attention that some VPN services and 3rd party browser plugins can interfere with the streaming quality and speed of the content. If you come across streaming issues, try disabling any VPN or browser plugins that could potentiality be causing the conflicts.
There are many things happening in the background to deliver videos to you that can go wrong. Some are in your control and some are not. Before contacting us, it's best to make sure that there isn't anything that you can control that's causing the problem.
Here are some common fixes for ensuring smooth playback on your device:
If you have too many apps open, close all of them except for what you are trying to watch
Restart your device
Restart your browser or app
Restart your home network router
Update your devices and apps to the latest version
Check Your Internet Speed
The quality of your home network can affect how smoothly videos stream and play and whether the videos will play in HD.
The table below shows the approximate speeds we recommend for each video format. The actual speed on your device varies from the number you see when you run an Internet Speed Test. This is due to factors including wifi performance, time of day, and how your ISP connects to our content delivery network's servers. If there are multiple devices on your network and then connection is being shared between them which will reduce the speed your device receives.
Video Resolution Recommended Speed
4K 20 Mbps
HD 1080p 5 Mbps
HD 720p 2.5 Mbps
SD 480p 1.1 Mbps
SD 360p 0.7 Mbps

To truly get the most out of Virtual Reality, you should combine a quality VR headset with a good pair of earphones which will allow us to deliver an ever more immersive experience, one that will have you thinking you are actually in the scene.
Always make sure that your equipment is well taken care of. Regardless of what VR headset you are using, take measures to make sure your set stays in optimal working condition. Use a lens cleaning cloth to make sure there is no dust or fingerprints on the lenses of your goggles and keep them stored somewhere safe where they won’t accumulate dust.
If your headset relies on your smartphone as a screen, take measures to ensure that your screen does not get scratched up. Take the time to properly clean your smartphone screen before inserting it into your headset, and close any unnecessary apps that might be running in the background.
Use a microfibre cloth to clean your smartphone screen. Never clean the lenses of your goggles with your shirt or with a tissue. Your shirt, or any other clothing for that matter could have dust or dirt on it which can scratch the lenses and affect the quality of your experience. Tissues will leave more on the screen than they remove.
Lastly, and this might sound silly, but it is important none the less, make sure you put your headphones on correctly, we can only deliver audio to the right spot if you put the correct headphone in, or on, each ear. Know your R from your L.
Being able to relax and enjoy the experience is important - be sure to lock the door. ;-)
