I jumped into Cam4 with high hopes after struggling on some newer sites. But two months in, I'm frustrated by the lack of traffic and income.

Most nights, my room stays dead or filled with lurkers despite hours online. I'm lucky to earn $20 in a full night, while putting up with bored men demanding endless teases and tasks for just token tips.

Many claim “models could make thousands!” here, but tell that to my empty room. Payouts come reliably weekly at least, a plus over sites withholding pay.

But the percentage after their large cut means I'm working tons of hours essentially for free. I even bought a Lush to try engaging tippers more – it worked once before never getting activated again. Broadcasting from my smartphone works surprisingly well at least, and this is something I cannot say for every cam site out there, even Chaturbate!
